“As a resident of over 25 years here. My family and I have been through a lot of management Maintenance and ground keepers. Jessi, Deysi & (Briohny who is an intern). Are always professional, helpful, prompt, and understanding anytime I have anything I need to have addressed. They are the absolute BEST management team we have had in my 25+ years of residence here. I am truly appreciative of the management team we have here. I would give them a 10 star review if possible!!! Maintenance…….. Before the Bentley at Marietta took over. Our maintenance was absolutely unqualified, untrustworthy, obnoxious, foul mouth, maintenance individuals. The Bentley at Marietta has employed some exceptionally professional, qualified, experienced, trustworthy, prompt and friendly maintenance crew. Anytime that I have needed a work order to be completed it has always been done promptly and efficiently. The maintenance team Mr. Dave and Mr. Gene are always the last ones to leave at the end of the day. They answer all of your questions and are very helpful. They lend a helping hand when needed. I would give them a 10 star review if I could. I would also like to give our groundskeeper Mel a 10 star review also. She takes pride in the community!!! The upkeep of the community is impeccable. She is hard-working come rain, shine even snow. Making sure it’s clean and safe, especially for our children who play in this community. She makes sure that the community pet area is clean and safe for ALL of our fur babies. She is an ESSENTIAL part of the entire team!!! Thank You, AMS”

“Pro: The staff and management in the Cleaning crew are very friendly and they maintain the environment. The Lake view is beautiful attached with the fountain in the center of the lake. Additionally, I like the wildlife like the fish, the turtles and the beautiful ducks. Con: The residence the/tenants they don’t respect the environment. There’s trash and littering. I believe the tennis should have some common decency and respect their environment because we are paying for it.”
